I went to the Mr. Transmission in Montgomery, Al. on the east south blvd due to my truck losing power while driving on the interstate. I was advised that they needed to do a diagnostic test on the truck and I found out that I ultimately would need a brand new transmission altogether. The owner took me home that day as I didn't have a way home and told me that he would provide me with an estimate within 48hours to replace the transmission. Being a man of his word, I got the call and an estimate that I could live with to fix my 05 Chevy Equinox. My overall experience with this store location's staff and service was awesome and I have not had an issue with my vehicle since. thank you Mr. Transmission ! :-)
